Our Boxes
Modboxx is constantly searching for the unanswered niche to create “a better mouse trap” to meet the different needs of our clients. This is where our job as a manufacturer gets exciting! We have participated in countless discussions with leaders in our communities about ways to improve modular space in their perspective industries. Our research and development team work hand in hand with our sales team to ensure that our clients voices are heard.
For example, our boxes in the Oil and Gas industry have revolutionized the way “man camps” can be set up on remote drill applications. Instead of having house boxes with separate water and sewer tanks that can have issues with connectors leaking, etc. our boxes were the first to offer fully self contained, high capacity water and waste tanks in the box itself! This factor alone saves money from the budget on each rig move with less cost for transportation of each separate piece. In addition, with our high capacities and efficient interiors, you can typically stretch a 7 day service schedule to 10 days, which equates to a 25% cost savings on servicing fees! Check out a couple of them here, along with our standard water and waste tanks;
The modern and functional interiors are loved by the men and women who have lived in our boxes. The comforts our boxes provide allow you to be more productive on the job site.
The list of possible uses for our boxes is as long as your imagination. We have had many contractors use the oil and gas industry boxes as on site office and living quarters for their laborers on remote job sites. This saves the superintendent from having to rent a construction trailer, paying for a hotel or per diem to the men working, and the fuel and time it takes to commute to the closest town. Government agencies have looked at using remote shower applications for busy and remote campsites or emergency responders. Individuals with leased land have considered using a cabin on skids as possible housing for their families or hunters with access permits. You think it, we’ll build it!
